Delivered premium drafts
Because premium drafts are generated and delivered digitally, completed purchases may not be refundable once the draft is delivered.

If payment succeeds but generation fails, the issue can be reviewed for access restoration, regeneration, or refund where appropriate.
Duplicate charges
